A cougar was spotted in Nelson’s Rosemont neighbourhood Tuesday morning.
Conservation officer Nathan Smienk says a woman walking her dog saw it around West Gore and Crease streets.
Smienk says it wasn’t very big and didn’t show any aggression.
The local school was notified but there have been no further sightings.
