A Portland loo is coming to Nelson.
The public toilet will be installed this summer at the corner of Baker and Hall near Pharmasave.
Municipal services manager Chris Gainham explains what it will look like.
The exterior is made of graffiti-resistant steel cladding.
Gainham says the intention is to make it available 24 hours.
But it doesn’t come cheap.
Victoria and Nanaimo are also using Portland loos.
