The Columbia Basin Trust will provide $75,000 to rehab the ceiling at Nelson’s Civic Theatre.
Executive director Eleanor Stacey says the art deco top has never had much work.
Stacey says they hope to do the renos in the next year.
The funds come from the Trust’s new built heritage program.
