In the KIJHL the Nelson Leafs have made a trade with the Castlegar Rebels.
The Leafs get forward Justin Podgorenko in exchange for future considerations.
Leafs coach Mario DiBella says Podgorenko will fit into the lineup nicely.
Podgorenko had 12 points in 43 games with Castlegar last season.
