In Saturday’s KIJHL action in Kimberley the Dynamiters beat the Beaver Valley Nitehawks 4-2, the Nelson Leafs had better luck in Fernie where they took a 6-3 win over the Ghostriders.
Friday in Castlegar the Rebels torched the Spokane Braves 7-2, the Border Bruins fell 8-1 to the Creston Valley Thunder Cats in Grand Forks and in Golden the Nelson Leafs scored a 6-1 win versus the Rockets.
