No one was injured after a vehicle went into Cottonwood Creek yesterday.

Nelson Fire and Rescue and Nelson Police responded at roughly 6:30 PM and confirmed with the owner that no one was in the vehicle. It was parked when the owner noticed it rolling away.

A boat was used to prepare the vehicle with chain anchor points before Western Towing removed it. No other damage was reported and no environmental hazards were apparent.
