Anti water meter “manifesto” presented in GF

Grand Forks City council will be presented with a Water Meter Manifesto Monday morning.

A delegation will offer a collection of letters, documents and research gathered by opponents of the universal water meter program.

The delegates will also be asking for what they are calling a face-saving cooling off period before the contentious project moves forward.

Council will later ponder an opt-out option for the plus 250 hold outs who refuse to have a meter installed.
