The City of Trail will be significantly over their Water Main budget this year.
The issue was outlined in the Public Works department’s latest presentation to City Council.
The City usually experiences eight or nine water main breaks annually – but have sustained eight this year already.Here’s utilities Superintendent Chris McIsaac.
McIsaac says they have ageing infrastructure however he doesn’t believe there is an urgent needs for upgrades.
