Wildfire near Kokanee Creek Park

 You may have seen and heard all the activity in the air on the West Arm of Kootenay Lake near Nelson Friday morning.And the smoke is now making its way towards the city.

That’s because of a new wildfire.Here’s Jordan Turner with the South East Fire Centre.
