More funding for Rossland Museum renewal project

The Rossland Museum and Discovery Centre renewal project has received a financial boost from the feds.

They’ve announced a $175, 000 commitment from the Canada-150 infrastructure fund.

Museum Director, Joelle Hodgins says this gets the ball rolling on the project.


Columbia Basin Trust has also kicked in $97, 000.

The project entails 6 phases with Phase One expected to be completed in 2017.
