Rossland is moving ahead with the Alternative Approval Process to borrow big money for the Washington Street Project.
City Council voted unanimously in favor of the A.A.P.
Mayor Kathy Moore says this option was the most viable.
Moore says residents would have 30 days from a certain advertised date to object to the borrowing of a maximum of $4 million for the important job.
Over $2 million in grants has already been secured.
