City of Nelson celebrates Hall Street stores

It should be a nice change of pace for business owners on upper-hall street this evening.

The City of Nelson and Chamber of Commerce are inviting the public to come in and reacquaint themselves with some of the stores that have been effected by the Hall Street construction.

Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Tom Thomson says things are looking good as businesses look to rebound from a few slow weeks.

The Stores To Shores Business Appreciation Celebration will be held in the Hall Street Plaza from 4:30 to 7:00.
