Armed robbery of pizza delivery guy

Two suspects are in custody after allegedly holding up a pizza deliver guy in Grand Forks.

It happened Sunday evening around 8 pm.

They’re suspected of pulling a gun and stealing his vehicle and cash before heading east.

Grand Forks RCMP put out the call and Trail RCMP deployed a unit as well as their dog unit.

Sergeant Darren Oelke says the suspects then crashed on the Nancy Greene.

Oelke says the incident may be connected to a similar pizza delivery robbery in Kamloops.
