With Spring upon us and thoughts turning to outdoor work around the house the Nelson Police Department is reminding us about the importance of clear house numbering.
They say in an emergency every minute counts and clear numbering helps first responders to get to you faster.
The numbers should be bold, clear and preferably reflective or with a light above them.
