Facebook page for local youth mental health

Local efforts to improve mental health wellness among children and youth have turned to Facebook.

A local action team in our region brings together families, doctors , school district reps, counsellors and community agencies.

One of the physician leads Dr Cindy Loukras says sharing mental health experiences is an important element towards having conversations and reducing stigma.
