Trail’s downtown revitalization plans put on hold

With two major projects on the go in Trail, the next phase of the downtown revitalization plans will be put on the back burner.

But city council will continue with planning for a family statue and Second Avenue gateway concept plan.

He adds a possible change of traffic patterns to accommodate the pipe-pedestrian bridge may also alter plans, but that remains unclear.

Council gave the go ahead Monday to begin design plans for the Riverfront Center library and museum.
