Feedback gathered on Slocan Valley rec plan

A consultant is now compiling feedback on a draft recreation master plan for the Slocan Valley.

Regional director Walter Popoff says they sent out a household mailer and held a couple of public meetings.

They received over 350 survey responses while about 20 people showed up at each meeting.

Popoff hopes to have the results by the end of the year.
