Nelson Leafs President resigns

The Nelson Leafs are after a new president for the 2014-2015 season.

This after Russell Stocks announced he will step down from the position.

He admits it was easier to make the decision following the success of the Cyclone Taylor Cup Provincial championship that was hosted by Nelson earlier this month.

Stocks has been president for the past four years and was vice president for a season before that.

Head Coach and General Manager  Frank Maida has also confirmed he is resigning after three years as head coach and two as assistant.
