Kindergarten begins at Wildflower in fall

Kindergarten classes are coming to Wildflower School in Nelson.

Here’s School District 8 Superintendent Jeff Jones.

Starting in the fall this year classes will see kindergarteners learning alongside first graders.

Grades two through six will make up the intermediate portion.

Jones says in the past parents have had to sign their children up for kindergarten elsewhere before enrolling them to start grade one at Wildflower.

Now they’ll enjoy a full elementary experience without having to switch schools.
