Former chaplain running in GF by-election

A candidate for the vacancy on Grand Forks City Council was a critic of the water meter rollout.

Tripp is retired but spent 14 years as a chaplain in prisons, hospitals, and long-term care facilities.

She’s one of seven people running in the May 28th by-election.
