Costly Greater Trail sewer upgrade in spotlight

The time is approaching for Greater Trail residents to bite the bullet on sewer treatment.

After years of discussions on how to comply with modern standards the RDKB is ready to present the very expensive scenario to the community.

Upgrading the existing sewer plant near Waneta Mall will cost about $28 million.

Public open houses are set for Trail, Rossland and warfield later this month.
