The Creston Rotary Club is tackling a new trails project.
The club is partnering with Wildsight Creston Valley to construct a gravel footpath linking Devon Street to 16th Avenue.
President Gwen Telling says they are applying for Columbia Basin Trust funding through Wildsight’s Society status.
The path was initially a Trails for Creston Valley Society project and had the town’s support.
But was picked up by the Rotary Club due eligibility restrictions for the CBTÂ funding.
