Middleditch nominated for Emmy

A Nelson native is up for an Emmy Award.

Thomas Middleditch has been nominated for outstanding lead actor in a comedy series.

He plays Richard Hendricks in the HBO series Silicon Valley.

The award ceremony is Sept. 18.

Middleditch is up against five other actors including William H. Macy and Aziz Ansari.
