Coroner ID’s body found at Upper Arrow Lake

A deceased male found on the shore of Upper Arrow Lake earlier this month has been identified.

The BC Coroner Service has confirmed it was 69-year old Leslie Wetselaar of Revelstoke.

He was discovered about three kilometres north of the Shelter Bay boat launch on August 6th by a party of boaters.

Wetselaar had gone missing on April 20th of this year while bathing from the Cenntenial Park Boat Launch in Revelstoke
