A tree falling on a power line this morning at the end of Rogers Road near Balfour sparked a wildfire that grew to one hectare.
We talked to regional district emergency co-ordinator Nora Hannon on the scene as crews cut up other danger trees.
Firefighters from the Balfour-Harrop and North Shore departments responded along with BC Wildfire crews.
