A jewel in Salmo has received a facelift.
Springboard Park reopened this week following a four month project by public works staff.
Village administrator Diane Kalen-Sukra says it’s a seven hectare forest with a walking trail.
The park received safety upgrades including danger tree removal and installation of reflective markers.
The work was all done in-house.
