Nelson-Creston Greens set Sept. 5 nomination deadline

It will be at least a three-way race for the Nelson-Creston Green Party nomination.

Former RDCK director Andy Shadrack, current RDCK director Ramona Faust, and former Nelson city councillor Kim Charlesworth are all seeking the nod.

The party’s Stefan Jonsson says the candidate will be chosen through an online vote.

The nomination deadline is Sept. 5.

According to the Nelson Star, past candidate Sjeng Derkx won’t run again.
