Employees at Nelson and District Credit Union have overwhelmingly ratified a new four-year contract.
United Steelworkers local 1-405 lead negotiator Jeff Bromley calls it an historic settlement.
Bromley thinks it shows a page has been turned on their turbulent past and it bodes well for the relationship between management and staff.
The credit union has branches in Nelson, Rossland, and Crawford Bay.
