An on-line petition has been started asking for the reinstatement of a popular Nelson math teacher.
L.V. Rogers instructor Paul Belanger has been placed on leave but students haven’t been told why.
Grade 11 student Jahmal Truth says Belanger is an excellent teacher.
Truth worries he’ll suffer academically unless belanger returns to the classroom soon.
The petition has over 60 signatures.
