RCMP: Drive to winter conditions

A reminder to drive according to winter conditions, not the speed limit.

Cpl. Chad Badry says West Kootenay Traffic Services and the Integrated Road Safety Unit are taking part in a month-long campaign to make sure people are safe on the roads.

Driving too fast for conditions can land you a $167 fine.

Badry suggests you allow extra time to travel or use transit.
