Leafs lose two more

In the KIJHL yesterday in Spokane the Grand Forks Border Bruins lost the bottom half of a home and home with the Braves 6-5 in double overtime.

They won 5-4 at home Saturday.

Also on Saturday the Castlegar Rebels beat the Columbia Valley Rockies 7-2 in Invermere after beating the Golden Rockets 3-2 Friday.

The Nelson Leafs lost twice at home over the weekend including a 3-2 decision to the Fernie Ghostriders.

And the Beaver Valley Nitehawks picked up their 10th straight win Saturday in Fruitvale beating the Kimberley Dynamiters 3-1.

They beat the Leafs in Nelson 3-1 Friday.
