Over 900 people filled out surveys that helped the nelson library develop a draft five-year plan.
Chief librarian June Stockdale says 75 per cent of respondents felt the library’s staff is excellent.
But not everyone was familiar with the full breadth of services they offer.
The draft plan will be available online for public comment from Friday through Dec. 6.
