Missing man last seen in Nelson

RCMP are asking for your help locating a man last seen in the Nelson area on May 15.

Lemar Halimi, 22, of Richmond hasn’t been heard from since.

He may have been driving a grey 2011 Ford Mustang, similar to the one pictured below, with BC license plate EC6 55L.

He’s described as of Middle Eastern descent, approx 170 cm (five-foot-six) tall, 82 kg (180 pounds), with
black hair, brown eyes, and a number of tattoos visible on his left arm and neck area.

Anyone with information on Halimi’s whereabouts are asked to contact the Kootenay Boundary regional general investigation section at 250-364-2566 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
