Another cannabis dispensary in Nelson is now in compliance with the city’s by-law requirements.
Canna Clinic’s application for a business license will be adjudicated within the next few weeks.
Council has already granted five out of the six licenses they’re willing to allow.
City staff say the Nelson Compassion Club is also seeking a license but asking for some exemptions.
