Does Nelson need an area where small dogs can run free?
Rosemary Carter thinks so and told city council this week.
She says the existing dog walk isn’t a good spot because small pets get abused by larger animals.
Carter says they have a spot in mind: the park at the end of Radio Avenue.
She says all it would require is some fencing.
