Two men from a Mormon sect in Bountiful near Creston are expected to file a constitutional challenge after being found guilty of practicing polygamy.
A BC Supreme Court judge made the ruling late Monday.
One of the men, Winston Blackmore says he’s not surprised about the outcome of a legal case that has effectively been underway for decades.
Blackmore says he’s never denied his faith.
He and James Oler were found guilty of having multiple wives.
