Nelson smoke levels bad, but other places worse

The smoke is bad in Nelson but not as bad as other parts of the BC interior.

Fine particulate levels are at about 60 micrograms per cubic meter where they should be below 25.

Meteorologist Donna Haga says that’s not likely to change for the next few days.

By comparison Kamloops has particulate levels of 135 micrograms, more than twice as thick as Nelson.
