Plug pulled on Nelson’s oldest substation

Nelson Hydro has decommissioned the oldest electrical substation in the city.

It’s the one at the corner of Josephine and Victoria streets, in the same building as Kootenay Studio Arts.

It’s not known yet what will become of the space.
