Pipeline rally causes a stir at Chahko Mika Mall

About 70 people showed up in Nelson Wednesday rallying against the federal approval for the Enbridge Pipeline.
 The event – put on by Kootenays for a Pipeline Free BC – caused a bit of a stir as it was staged on private property – the entrance to the Chahko Mika Mall.
A man who appeared to be mall security told them to leave but they didn’t.
Police were called and they kept an eye on the peaceful proceedings.
While environmental groups and opposition parties have said most British Columbians strongly oppose the pipeline an Angus Reid poll suggests opinion is actually split
