NewsRegional News Nelson City Council considers alterations to short-term rental regulations SHARE ON: Lisa Berg, staff Friday, Jan. 12th, 2018 Nelson City Council will look at altering short-term rental regulations in June. Council heard from two residents this week asking for exemptions from the business license bylaw to be able to rent to short-term applicants. The bylaw was put into place to prevent the loss of long-term rental options. The two exemptions granted this week are only valid for 2018.
