Dozens march to protest Kinder Morgan Pipeline

The Nelson Chapter of the Council of Canadians organized a protest in downtown Nelson this weekend against the Kinder Morgan Pipeline.

About 70 people walked through the downtown on Saturday afternoon holding signs and chanting.

Keith Wylie is with the Council of Canadians. He was happy to see so many Nelsonites show their support.

The Council of Canadians are hosting another event called For Our Earth featuring Grand Chief Stewart Phillip, President of the Union of BC Indian Chiefs on April 23.
