NewsRegional News RDCK may regulate festivals SHARE ON: Alex Skultety, staff Friday, Apr. 13th, 2018 Regional District of Central Kootenay directors The President of Shambhala Music Festival spoke at the Regional District of Centre Kootenay Board of Directors meeting this week. Jimmy Bundschuh says the RDCK is currently looking into a bylaw that would regulate festivals. He wanted to demonstrate the public safety measures they’ve implemented on the festival property. //www.mynelsonnow.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/Jimmy-1.wav After the wildfire risk last summer, Bundschuh says the started developing a second way to access the property which includes construction of a new bridge.
