The 28 year old Crescent Valley man who died in the single vehicle crash on Highway Six this week was Jesse Van Skiver Bachner.
Bachner was found deceased after rolling his uninsured pick up truck.
Police say they received testimony from people who tried to stop Bachner from getting behind the wheel after, “heavily drinking”.
