The man in charge of Trail and Castlegar RCMP investigations section is identifying the suspect in one of the biggest rash of break and enters in recent times.
Corporal Darryl Orr says all their work points to Castlegar-based Jesse Andrews who they believe may be working in Alberta.
There are warrants for his arrest after alleged crimes there – which are also valid in BC – and he figures once they find Andrews the puzzle pieces will fall into place.
In a four-hour spree one night back in January, Andrews is suspected of hitting the Canadian Tire, two restaurants and a Credit Union from Castlegar to Nelson
