Mayoral race set for Grand Forks

There will be a race for mayor of Grand Forks come the November civic elections.

Two-term councillor Cher Wyers will join the fray along with incumbent Brian Taylor.


Wyers says she and Taylor are good friends.

She has a strong background in supporting business having run the Grand Forks Chamber.

She’s been in the community for 17 years.
