NYSA optimistic about take over of indoor facility

The acquisition of the indoor soccer facility means the Nelson Youth Soccer Association can extend its programming 12 months of the year.

This from Chair Chuck Bennett after the NYSA recently entered a partnership with the City to obtain the facility from the Soccer Quest Organization.

Bennett adds the purchase of the facility will result in just one soccer academy running in the community that will operate under the Vancouver Whitecaps organization.
