There’s a third contender for mayor of Grand Forks in next month’s civic elections.
Frank Konrad will join incumbent Brian Taylor and councillor Cher Wyers in the race.
Konrad runs a plumbing contractor business and says his 35 years of management experience can be an asset.
He says the city needs a little more growth.

Konrad adds the city has not engaged citizens enough on issues that effect them and he’d ensure all voices are heard.
He suggests an opinion or suggestion box at City Hall.
