A Rossland city council candidate is all about sustainability but understands it needs to pay its way as well.
Andrew Zwicker- who works on economic development with KAST and was the founder of the Rossland Telegraph newspaper – has plenty of ideas. One is what he calls Solar Mountain.
And with a young family Zwicker figures it wouldn’t be a bad thing for him to help represent Rossland’s many new parents.
As with other candidates he wants to see the end of the controversial delegation by-law (that was partly to blame for Rossland’s recent financial mismanagement woes) and get the power back in the hands of city council.
