At 27 years of age Tyler Maddocks wants to be a voice for the younger generation in Castlegar.
Maddocks ran unsuccessfully in 2011 and in last year’s by-election.
He says his social media and online marketing skills could be used to greatly improve what he says is council’s lack of public communication.
