The majority of the problems surrounding Trail in the upcoming civic elections can be solved by establishing better relationships with surrounding communities.So says councillor Kevin Jolly who is seeking re-election.
Jolly says there has been recent success lately with reaching sewer services and pedestrian pipe bridge agreements and he believes that momentum can carry forward.
Jolly calls these elections a turning point for the Silver City.
He says over the past three years he’s helped Trail move forward with business and downtown development.
